While the Crossroads tradition has historically been to serve individuals with disabilities, we have evolved and grown to serve anyone who may have other barriers to employment such as veterans, recovering addicts, individuals with a criminal record, to help them find the right job for them.
Crossroads operates the Sacramento Works Taining Center in Citrus Heights, California, where we serve nearly 3,500 individuals annually. Here, we can help you find a job that is best suited for you and your abilities. From resume writing to retraining, we can assess your current skills and help you create a plan to build new ones. By creating an individualized plan based on your needs, Crossroads can help you gain a competitive edge and find your next job.
In addition to our services for adults, we offer support and employment services for the youth in our community. Assistance in effective job searching, soft skills training and in-school youth case management is available through our partnership with SETA and Sacramento Works One Stop Career Centers.

But how do you find the one that is right for you? At Crossroads, we have spent years building relationships with local businesses: taking the time to understand their workforce needs and keeping those relationships alive so that when a job seeker comes in with the right skill set to fill those needs, we can bridge the two and make a successful employee/employer match.
