Crossroads supports businesses with training and tax incentives

“We help businesses that want to hire people with disabilities and other challenges,” said Andrea Rogozinski, Director of Corporate and Workforce Development for Crossroads. “We help with training, matching the right candidate, candidate support and incentives that help lower the cost of employees. It’s a win-win-win relationship.”
Through our training, recruitment and consulting services, Crossroads helps businesses develop an inclusive workplace and take advantage of the benefits of diverse workforce and tax credits.
Tax incentives encourage employers to hire people with disabilities and other social barriers, including the Work Opportunity Tax Credit, which provides a tax credit of up to $2,400 per individual hired. Small businesses also can receive a tax credit for the cost of accommodations, covering 50% of eligible expenditures up to $10,000.
